I did come across this problem at their store, its a policy I did not know about. For example, If I buy 2 yds and I want it in two pieces one yd each, they will not do it for you. Other than that, I would go back in a heartbeat, but it is at least 10 hours away.

I've been there a couple of times because family lives in the area. It's WONDERFUL! No matter what you are looking for they have it. Pack a lunch - it's a pretty large place. Just kidding---but it is large. My cousin works in the pattern department. I had my picture taken with Mary Jo the last time there. She's a strong Christian woman! Their help is actually "helpful"....great bunch of gals.

Definitely quality fabric.
I don't make a special trip, but I do go there when I visit my sister in Charlotte. Cuts down on my ability to go on a spending spree.
My son had a blast and they put him to work on Saturday morning as I shopped with a friend last spring.
Cheers, K

If you are traveling north on I-85
Take the Cox Road exit toward Ranlo (Exit #21). You may be able to see the store on your right as your exit. Turn right at the traffic signal at the top of the off ramp. The Gaston Mall will be immediately on your right.
If you are traveling south on I-85:
Take the Cox Road exit toward Ranlo (Exit #21). Turn left at the traffic signal at the top of the off ramp. Go straight through one more traffic light and the Gaston Mall will be on your right.
Best to drive around to back of mall. Goes right into Mary Jo's. The store is around 32,000 square feet and loaded with all kinds of fabrics.
Enjoy the store!
