Heh, it gets me all fired up when I hear that being a mom or just a mom isn't a full time job.

It's a very demanding job and not being paid in monies, hugs and kisses off course, which is more rewarding!
I do this, and I am a nurse also, so I guess I work two full time jobs.

yup. full time certified registered nurse anesthetist (36 years). married for almost 43. nurse for 42 years. been working in hospitals since i was 14. it's either fate, a calling, or i'm just plain crazy.

I am now retired started my working years as a bus girl in upscale restaurant at age of 12 almost 13 was a carhop,waitress shift manager diet specialist in hospitol/cook and kitchen manager worked in direct sales ,correctional officer bookeeper and over road rruckdriver mother of 3 grandmother of 11 ggm of 5 and caregiver to my late husband and now sometimes caregiver to mom when my health permits

I'm a homecare assistant with local health dept. Go into ,mostly elderly peoples, homes and help with meals, cleaning, shopping and whatever else they may need. Before that factory worker for 22 yrs. I'll take the elderly any day.

Let's see, married for 35yrs and loving the single status for 11 yrs now....
Registered nurse for 36 yrs working as an operating room nurse (circulator) and as a traveler in the beautiful states for the last 10 yr with a small dog or two...traveled and worked in every state in the South, NH, MA, ME, VT and NM..
Have worn many hats in my nursing career. Chemotherapy, IV therapy, home health, Rehab many different areas...

Semi retired these days but don't want to quit....

I work in a factory making big ol expensive doors...lol. I've been working here for a little over 7 years now. I have three kids and a boyfriend, and with my sewing and quilting, I am ALWAYS busy. I like it that way.

looks like I am the 3rd Respiratory Therapist here, but that's just the paying the bills job. I am a wife and mom and Scout mom first. :)

I am unfortunately on disability for almost 10 years now due to back and neck problems from an auto accident 15 years ago. I had neck surgery about 3 weeks ago and will be having back surgery in 2 or 3 months. Hopefully then I can get back to a life. But I was a licensed insurance agent and financial services representative for nearly 17 years before the disability. I am a wife and mother/stepmother and grandma to three beautiful grandchildren! And I teach quilting at home part time.
