I am working on a Grandmother's Flower Garden, which uses hexagons. I am doing it by hand using the English Paper Piecing method. I started this project to have hand work to take with me whenever we travel.

That is my favorite book for quilting.
    LeeAnn your quilts a beautiful.

I think a Dresden Plate or Sunbonnet Sue would be cute with those prints!

    LeeAnn, your quilts are gorgeous!
I've been working on a sampler using 1930s fabrics; it will be finished someday. Here is a baby quilt I made a few years ago.

There is an adorable 30's prints quilt in the package of templates of Winner's Bouquet by Atkinson Designs. My DSIL bought me the set for my birthday, and I ordered some really neat FQ's from Connecting Threads. Some of the FQs were only 62 cents in their reduced section! Score!

I can't wait to make that quilt ... just have to get brave enough to try curves.

    LeeAnn, wonderful quilts!

I'll have to drag out my work-in-progress 30's quilt and take a picture. I am so in love with it and I don't know why I haven't finished it. It's just small half square triangles (white & 30's print) and it's so colorful and fun.
