Like the idea of bigger pieces so I think I'll enlarge mine. Will probably pre-color a copy.
Some of the finished portraits are really scary. Changes may be made to ensure a happy looking Godmother.

Wowie, Im so happy all of you are enjoying the Fairy Godmother. I have started mine, I didnt have any skin tone fabric so im using a lite brown. I thought since im tan I can use it. lol. I didnt even think to color her in. What a great idea. I love seeing all of the different names.. My Fariy Godmother name is Toppvina. I cant wait to see all of yours. I should be done in a couple of days. Aloha Blossom

my FQGM is Showbaria printed her out (2 copies) and will play with her later to get an idea of what she looks like. Can't wait to see how everyone else did on theirs

Some people made their skin from un-earthly colors... blue; a couple of them were green; some had VERY pink skin; one was very golden; one had a very freckled-looking skin which I thought was rather precious.

ok...it is alot of pieces and quite intimidating BUT soo much fun...don't give up girls. My first section was my toughest-getting in the paper piecing groove and all...but UFOsjoyelle aka Joye is coming to life... on section C now...she has one eye...so off to make another one! lol

I got mine yesterday. Her name is Bargelvina. It looks like everyone has a different name. Can't wait to see the finished picture. We should set a date to post all the pictures. Sometime at the end of summer since a lot of us are going to be on vacation during the summer.
