You're not alone. I think I "un-sew" on just about every project I make. Just goes with the territory I guess.

Deb you're too funny............ but I can relate! While attaching the last border on my New York Beauty I realized the bottom of the quilt got too close to a candle and burned a good piece of border and block (all paper pieced of course). For two days chanted "it could have been worse". Lesson learned - do not light candles on table when sewing and zonked on pain pills following surgery! LOL

I am frustrated and am reminding myself that this is a small thing and I am sure I am not the first one that has had this happen.

I am making a table runner for my DIL. I have 2/3 of the top finished and noticed TWO squares are in WRONG. I am taking a break before going back to get out Jack (the ripper) and fix my mistake. In reality, this will take a small amount of time out of my life to fix it.

crazyquilter56 Great quilt. Love the colors. What's it called? I think it's calling my name. Of course it will have to be after I see to all the other quilts that are calling me. Maybe I'll have to cover my ears. BrendaK

You may think it's a small thing now, but if you don't fix it.... it'll be a BIG thing each time that you look at it again... and it will bug the ...hell... out of you each time you see it, or even think about it... Better to take the time now, and fix it NOW.. Diana O..... This coes from experience...
