it's very pretty, and all I can suggest for borders, is what I do...audition different fabrics. I like the idea of using solids or tonals, pulled from the center, so it won't be so busy.
Yes, ordering online can have it's drawbacks. I just bought two videos that don't work at all.
Contacting the suppliers is a very good idea. I applaud your quilt, and your perserverance to forge ahead. I'd like to eventually do one, but I like learning from other ppl, like this first. I do read book instructions etc., but straight from horse's mouth is invaluable...not that your a horse, K, lol! hmmm, let me see your teeth

wow, k. love what you did with border, and the closeups of corner blocks are yummy. yes, I do think your right, a larger print, would show up better from a distance, but what a great job you did on this, for a first time try! your firsts are like my...down the roads, lol!
I like your doggie fabric. Can't wait to see what you do with that. :D

Love how you finished your OBW K! It's always fun to show everyone the fabric you started with, they can't believe it usually! I took a class for my first one, hands on works better for me. They are quite addicting. Can't wait to see the doggy fabric quilt!!!!!!!!!

Looks very very nice.

I just got the One Block Wonders Encore book at the library yesterday. It has some interesting new ideas. Maybe I am closer to attempting the technique.

warm quilt hugs, sue

Go for it, Sue - you can do it! Get yourself some great fabric and a 60 deg triangle and away you go! :D
