I use sewforum.com and while Emblibrary.com is great, my favorite is Oregon Patchworks. They have TONS of free designs. Also check out Buzztools.com. There is a section there for free designs. LOTS of them.

she has sets for $l.00 and all new set are $2.00 when they first come out. She sends out emails to let you know. I find they stitch out beautifully.
My second favorite is:
www.embroiderybillboard.com
I find l,000's of free designs there. I can spend days just looking when they have their seek and find free designs and $l.00 designs. You can't believe all the designs they have. To get the free designs you have to join and have the access code which comes in the email you get from them. It changes often so you have to read the emails.

I have been to many of the sites already mentioned. I bought a lifetime membership from Designs by Sick when they had a special on them and have not regretted it. One of my other fav's for designs is www.urbanthreads.com. While they might not be for everyone's tastes I find the designs there a refreshing change from hearts and flowers.
