My sympathy in the loss of your beloved Mom. I think you have found the ideal tribute to her and your love, while she watches over you - doing what you love, let her watch over your sister as well. What a wonderful thing to do for your sister, as well as yourself.

Beautiful quilt and butterfly wings remind of angel wings! I am sure your mom is always there with you. Sorry for your loss.

Thank you for the inspiration. My mom is 94 and still living alone. Gave up her car last year. Know this will be me before long...I will be thinking of all her favorite things...oriental art, sewing, painting, the color coral, etc. to be prepared when that time comes. Hope, of course, it is many years away!
