I got that last week, too. Never, never click on a link in the message of something like that. Call the business yourself to ask the question. They'll probably tell you they will never advise you by e-mail of something like that.

I also got ripped off sometime ago, thinking it was paypal, someone got into my account and took money! skype was it. so I am very cautious about paypal, and change my password a couple of months.When I do receive strange messages I sned them to paypoal. oh and by the way?? when they do contact you, they use your name not "dear customer".

I showed this to my DH, he said the very first words after "Dear" would tell you outright that it is a scam. He said any time he has gotten an email from Paypal they always use his name. Another thing he does is not go through any links. Go direct to the site
