Tried it ~ didn't seem to work, but maybe leaving out the raisins and adding more gin would have done the trick!

I have heard about this for sometime now and keep thinking one day I'm gonna try it. Well maybe I go get the gin and raisins today! I know I saw this on Dr Oz now long ago.

You're welcome. I am going to try it myself. Have had left knee replaced and want to keep the right one as long as possible, but it's starting to bother me the same way the left one used to 4 yrs. ago. Hope it works.

am in same boat as you - one replacement and avoiding the second
What also helped me is one on one physical therapy in the pool.

I just read some of the things people say on this site. I'm definetely trying it. Darn it has to soak for a week. I'll still be hurting from it in a week so I'll wait. Thanks magpie for sharing this and thanks Ruby for posting this.[/quote]

I think it would be better to put a new jar to soak every few days, if you can figure out how many you'll be taking every day.

For medicinal purposes only, of course.

I have a friends mom who's been doing for years and swears by it. Funny she frequently comments on she never drinks but after all that gin I don't think she better be drinking.
