We cannot control what others do, whether its in the family or at work. But we have to judge ourselves, if we were fair to the other party, be it family or work mates. Forgive and forget, and go on with life. Other people are not likely to change, its accept as is or distance ourselves from them.

Know the situation well! I'm usually the peacemaker until it starts making me sick (physically and mentally). :( Have learned to just accept or ignore and go on although nothing is ever solved.

Wow this came along at a perfect time. When you have that many people you can't make everyone happy. I have also made myself sick trying to make everyone else happy. Live for yourself
