At the craft shows that my BF & I do, the top sellers are orniments, dish towels with a crocheted loop to go over the handle of the oven & croched pot scrubbers made with netting cut into strips.

How about quilted placemats? I found a pattern 2 weeks ago where you take 4 fat quarters to make 4 placemats. The pattern is called " Quick and Easy Quilted Placemats".. I found it at Quiltcetera.com

http://quiltbug.com/free/table-topper.htm

I've made several of these. They almost go together like a log cabin. In the end, you cut off all the diagonal points to make it a straight edge. I tried to attach a picture, but it's not letting me.
I just finished mine with pretty flannel and sewed it together like a pillowcase. EASY - Beautiful.

These would be fun! Two 7" circles (Put a cute face on one side.)sewn together with 10-15 two to four inch ribbons folded in half sandwiched between. Then stuff and close.

This is an excellant tutorial on how to make the jewelry bags. I made some last year as small gift for each of the women in my quilting bee. They just loved them and said I should make some for our quilt show in April, 2012. They are easy to make. Better get busy.
