I have my electronic pfaff serviced for about 75.00. I do it once or twice a year depending on how it is running. I go to the dealer where I bought it. Never to JoAnn's or Hancocks because they send it out to be serviced. That's just a double mark up.

When I got my Viking , the vendor told me It doesn't be oiled and I can easily to all parts of the machine to clean it myself, well my husband cleans my machine. So I haven't let it cleaned professionaly yet.

I pay $168.00 x 3 machines, I've managed to take then back in about every 3 months for cleaning and adjusting, since there's a 1 year warranty on the service, why not. I use a machine every day.

My dealer charges $129 no matter what machine or age. Plus parts.

Well in Ft.Smith, Arkansas there is a place that charges $10.00 per machine. Not sure for the electronic ones. This guy is good and has a lot of customers that keep comming back. He has machines to sell and fixes them. NO other merchandise is there.
