I think I have to get out more or read the newspaper more or listen to the news more, 'cuz I did not know that PB was going up 40%. Yikes!! I love PB on toast with banana and honey. Yum! YES, I will be stocking up on chuncky and smooth. Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, I heard it is going to double in price by Nov. of this year because they had the worst peanut crop in 30 years. I ran out and bought 2 large jars yesterday. My hubby loves peanut butter.

I love PB, bananas and honey on my toast as well. My family thinks I am nuts-----maybe that is peanutty

Peanut butter. Food for the gods.....but only crunchy style, with blackberry jam and an an icy cold glass of 2% milk to wash it down. mmmmmmmmmmm!

The PB Company has to make up for the monies they lost during the contamination scare that happened about a year ago and people quit buying PB. Greed purely greed.

Already been to Sams to get the biggest jar I could find! I agree ~ can't live without my peanut butter!!
