I just finished "Lazy B" by Sandra Day O'conner. Too bad about the failure of ranching.

I'm reading a series by Louise Penny about a detective named Armande Gamache. It's set in Quebec, and I've read two out of eight books. Will definitely read them all, I really like the writing and the characters.

Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum Series. I am on #6 and started a week ago. I wish the language wasn't so bad. But they are a fun easy read.

I've been watching European detective series from various Countries, they are sub-titled. I decided to get the books for those too. Martin Beck by Maj Sjowall & Per Wahloo, Inspector Montalbano mysteries by Andrea Camilleri, Inspector Van Veeteren by Hakan Nesser, Inspector Maigret by Georges Simenon and can't find the author of Rocco Tasca series. A very handsome actor plays him. Montalbano has a bit of humor in them so i like him best. Most take place in Venice. It's rather funny hearing German spoken in the Beck series. they are playing Italians. At least it's something new to watch and read.

Just finished Night Road by Kristin Hannah, and now I'm reading One Summer by David Baldacci. Anything by either author is great reading.

I'm currently reading "Stud" by Cheryl Brooks. I love her "Cat Star" romance series.
