We have had a welcome change from our century heat. A little rain and cooler yesterday but heading for 89F today.

We believe that Spring has sprung here in the Mid Atlantic. 50's, 60's, AND 70's. Forsythia blooming, daffodils & tulips are up and fields (here on the farm) are turning green with new young grasses growing. WooHoo. Hope and pray it stays this way. Jinnie

Finally finished the snowflake and kitty- thinking I REALLY dont like paper piecing (or maybe it was the lack of certain sizes in the snowflake, but did so much better on the kitty and much quicker without all the wasted fabric). On to March...

Weeell, better late than never to get started on this awesome 2012 BOM!! I love calendar/monthly themed quilts! So glad I happened upon this one, have gone back and printed off all the prior (can I repeat wonderful??...) block patterns, now off to get busy!!
