I use greeting card size envelopes and now it is 65 cents...never had any problem. I use press n seal and it makes them very flat

I received quite a few finished blocks that had postage due, as well.

My apologies to any in boom 6 who had to pay postage on my mailings. Our post office seems to be one of the more lenient ones. But I do go to the window and have the person weigh things, and check for size.

I will be using a legal size envelope for the f8s, and manila envelope for finished blocks. But I have first to find fabric... Best get off here and check my stash for something suitable!

This swap has given me something to think about while I wait for the last block from boom 6...
So I spent the day searching for the right fabrics.
Hurrah! I found something! Not what I originally thought I would pull from my stash, but something I forgot I had! (How's that for not knowing my stash... ) I found coordinating prints. One has an all-over print, the other has large, separated print on a background. I think I will use these blocks to make a quilt to give away.

Now to get these washed and cut, and ready to mail.

Well I have joined this swap but have yet to decide on my fabric. I do hope I am not one of the ones that have sent out squishies with postage due on them. If I am one of them please PM me and let me know so I will not make the same mistake again. I am really hoping we are going to get 4 months to get these blocks done as I might need that much time with everything else I have going on. Yet I don't want to miss out on this swap, it is just too much fun.

The post office told me 6 cents too but if mine cost someone more let me know,,,I know they said I could take a chance and try for tjust one stamp but I didnt want to take any chances so i used the larger amount of postage.
