I notice when people do not make the effort to speak correctly. There are rules of grammer and speech just as there are for driving. People who would not drive on the wrong side of the road sometimes see no reason to use the correct form of noun and verb and other parts of speech." I be, him and me, we is, I seen him be doing that, Is you ok? duh? whaz happen? "I cringe to visualize some of these speech patterns in a job interview that is conducted in an office and is a step above asking about previous job experience.

Apostrophes (') in words that are just plurals. For example, craft's as opposed to crafts. The first is possessive (i.e. the craft's instructions were difficult to understand.) the second is plural (i.e. more than one craft.) The misplaced apostrophe is my biggest grammatical complaint.
