OH MY GOODNESS!!! What a great accomplishment! And to think you quilted this on your dsm! The last one I did that way was about twin size and I thought I was going to ruin my machine (or give it a toss!) That led me to getting my long arm. At any rate, I agree with Cindy - it's a joy to hear your excitement. This was a huge project.

I loved reading your post and looking at your quilt. Thanks for all of the pictures. I really enjoyed looking at them. Your quilting is FABULOUS! It is so interesting and fun to look at with all of the different motifs you incorporated - just wonderful! Thanks for sharing.

I was going to call the SPCA because your doggie looks so forlorn and after looking at all that beautiful work you did I just know you had to not be giving it all the love it needs/wants (when do they ever get that!), but s/he is so beautifully groomed I decided they probably wouldn't respond.
Kidding aside, you have created one of the most beautiful quilts ever! Your technique can't be perfect but I'll never know; to me it is all incredible. I've copied the sites you, aaah, cited, and intend to study them all. I did an 8' square quilt with quilted applique all over it and DH held the part I wasn't working on while I jerked my head right or left and he swung the quilt this way or that. What a hoot. It turned out so heavy we decided we couldn't put it on the bed so we hung it. Not the best planned endeavor, but we love it. You give me new horizons to explore! Beautiful!
