This is my 14 yo Pom Toby. We are still undecided on his costume but this is the front runner. We take our 3 dogs, dressed of course!, to the Halloween Parade for Animals which supports our local animal shelter. It costs $20 per dog so having the right costume is extremely important!!!! There are prizes for the all different categories. PS: my brood is yet to win a prize !!!

Love the blue healer idea! One of mine is going as a pumpkin, one's a witch, one's a hot dog, and the other will wear his Santa outfit left over from Christmas. They just like to go, and one refuses to leave the house unless she's dressed. She knows where their wardrobe is and marches over to it, sits down and barks until I get her dressed. All I have to say is "wanna get beautiful" and she is all about it!

OMG those were so cute. growing up at the beach we had a german shepard that we would put on the dads boxers backwards so there was a place for his tail to stick out and a hawaain shirt, hat and sunglasses so he was a beach bum.
he thought he was one of the kids so he loved it. even for our birthday he worn a hat and was included. the kids always bought him a ham bone for his present. (he was a week older that me. )

Riley and Zoey are both adorable! Can't wait to see them in their costumes I have 2 cats and I think they will be "spoiled kitties" for Halloween. That way I won't have to make costumes. Have you every tried to put a costume on a cat with claws? Not a pretty sight! lol

(My kitties are wearing their costumes in my avatar.)
