    Here's my latest scrappy top.

    These blocks are from a swap and took me outside my traditional comfort zone. This top is for donation through the Heartstrings Project.

    I was looking through this thread from the beginning and there are some amazing quilts. I don't think I've ever seen a Storm at Sea done this way before and I love it.

    So many different ways to use up those scraps!

    Here's my last finish for 2012, a twin-size string quilt that will be donated to a group home for young adults that have aged out of foster care. It's 73x89 and used 8 yards from my stash.

    Hard to work on a scrappy quilt when my helper keeps lying down 'on the job'. Will post a picture when I get the top sewn together. It is from the selveges but still a scrappy and will be warm.
