    feline fanatic, yes we used Sharon's book for the appliqued blocks and also ideas from the book "A Perfect Union" by Darlene Christopherson. I should have given credit in my first posting, sorry. More pictures of the quilt and the pillows are on the Center's website and you can purchase tickets there if you wish it's

    The reason we didn't do all ROS applique is due to some members didn't feel qualified or enjoy needle turn applique
    and to get everyone involved this is what we ended up with. I think it turned out wonderful. Thank you for all your nice comments on our raffle quilt. Next year........drum roll..............Dresden Plate!
