I was going to say with. I really like the way it looks but reading your 2nd post I think without. Why make it harder on yourself? It will look just as good without.

I like it either way, but I would go with the triangles, it just adds so much interest.

Definitely with but put the darker side of the triangles towards the center, so agains the dark brown inner border.

Thanks for all your opinions! I am going to leave it without, I liked it better that way but I wanted some confirmation. I guess I'm not very self confident. I'll save the triangles and use them in another project some day. I'll post a finish picture when it's done. Thanks again!
