Thanks, everyone! We took the picnic quilt out for a trial run this afternoon to the park and it worked great! :D

Eddie, your quilt is gorgeous. I love those fabrics. Glad it worked out for you as a picnic quilt. You will surely make other picnicers jealous!

Eddie, what can I say that has not already been said. I love the quilt. It is, as was already said, full of happy colors. I am glad you enjoyed your picnic.
PS - Do you ever sleep?? You really keep cranking them out. I am so glad you found a hobby not only that you love but that you are really so good at. I always love seeing your quilts.

By the way, have you tried making your quilt lables on your new machine?

I haven't received my new freebie machine yet, the Brother embroidery machine. When I bought my Brother QC-1000, it came with a rebate form to send in for the free emboridery machine, so I'm still waiting on it. It should be here in the next few weeks. For now, I'm still making my labels on my wife's behemoth embroidery machine. It scares me. :) :)
