Pretty much what you thought, I wonder what happened in the end though, because Elnas were around, various Pfaff, Singer eventually got to bring them here...

Should be able to get that for it. I see unserviced 431Gs go for over $200. Fully serviced 431Gs seem to be able to command "clean featherweight" prices. Over $400.

I know right? I about fell down when the lovely lady I traded a 431G from told me she'd found those sort of prices. Then last month I went looking myself when I traded one of my 431Gs for part of the quilting frame / Juki.

Old thread I know, but I just lucked upon a Singer 421g myself. I'm quite excited as I didn't think I'd ever find one, and it was in my own backyard! Brought her home and a 404.
