Mine is soft yellow on the main wall and around the closet doors. On the daylight basement wall sides, the upper area is yellow again, but the lower walls are a pretty aqua. It makes me smile every time I walk in it. Our tv room is just outside the room, so bf does not feel too deserted by me!

My sewing room just got moved to the bigger spare room and we repainted before the move. I chose a soft yellow. The new room gets lots of sunshine and natural light all day long. It has a warm, cheery feeling to it! My cutting table, cabinet and the bookcases that hold all my fabrics are white. Just has a crisp look to it!

When I took over DD's room I painted it almond (beige-tan color) with white trim on floor and 3/4" round trim in ceiling painted white. I have stainless steel chrome shelving that run the length of 2 walls. My main machine is on an antique oak library table. I just love having my own creative space.

Mine is lilac. One wall - against the windows - is part white.

I just painted mine palladian blue by Benjamin Moore. Sort of blue, gray, turquoise mix. I love the soft calm and cozy feeling it has. This pic is not my room, just a pic of the color for reference.

Mine is a light / pale green. Also attached a pic of the fabric I'll be using to make the valances for the windows. All my furniture and sewing stuff is in the room but the pics were blurry so I attached a pic of the room after we installed the new flooring. I have two side-by-side windows in my room that look out on my backyard and the bird feeders, trees and nature so I can enjoy the activities going on, especially when my g'kids come to play on the trampoline or swim. My sewing room is definitely my HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY PLACE. -- Julie
