It's beautiful!

A bargello is on my bucket list as soon as I finish a couple of wedding quilts!

The pattern is beautiful, your work is beautiful and your fabrics are even more beautiful. Would you mind telling me a little about your fabrics? I am wondering if they are hand dyed or batiks? I have purchased some hand dyed fabrics and some contain a good variation of the color but others just look like a solid. I like how your fabrics have that "mottled" look. If you could tell me the fabric maker I would love to look up some of this fabric.

thanks maniacquilter2, my late Christmas present is a new long arm machine and rails. My DH convinced me to get a Handy Quilter Fusion24, it is being delivered and set up tomorrow. This quilt is one of the quilt tops I am waiting to quilt till I am familiar with the machine.

Thanks, the fabrics are all Batiks but they came from my stash, I get most of my fabric from Hancock of Paducah from their web sale section, their prices and quality are by far better than any other on line store I have found. This quilt needed 20 different fabrics all one yard each, and I have very little left. My HH (Happy Hubby) comments every time a FedEx truck comes into our complex " here comes Hancock of Paducah lol, needless to say I have an ample stash.

Sharoncignoni--I agree about Hancocks of Paducah and love receiving those yellow bag deliveries. Because they sell "back order" items, my last order has already been comprised of 3 different shipments and there are still 3 items backordered so more to come. When they come this way, my DH says "how much did you order"?? I love when their batiks go to $2.99 a half yard!!

You did a great job on fabrics, especially ordering them online. I do all my fabric purchases online now. It is quick and easy and many times very cost effective, but it is hard to always get the color or print that you think you are getting based on how it looked on your computer screen.
