    Japanese goods are always known to be expensive....regardless what. I believe it's because the country places high export taxes, which are then passed on to consumers.

    I'm looking for the popular Jap fabrics made by Kokka, Cosmo etc, which are so cute & pretty! Also very interested in Jap linen fabrics in checks, dots & stripes.

    Sorry I just reread you thread and did.t realize you wanted sites in Japan, "debsews2' May have okay international rates, I've never needed them so I can't vouch for how well priced shipping is. PM me I have scraps that you might be interested in.
