I use Organ needles in my serger, Kenmores, Singers, Pfaff and my mom's Bernina. I order them through Hittle and get them 100 at a time. Love them.

Here's pertinent information on Organ needles.......their history, who makes them, the types, why they are so good.

Schmetz needles which used to be made in Germany have been made in India for several years now.

Organ needles are my preferred machine sewing needles now, and I've recently been using the titanium ones.

I have a Viking Ruby bought at my LQS. She sells nothing but Inspira needles. She said that using Schmetz needles are also OK, but not to use anything else.

I just got a Brother 1500 from Ken's Sewing Center. I asked what kind of needles and they said Brother recommends Organ. The book with the machine says only Organ or Schmetz. Organ are a real bargain on Amazon.

I also use the Organ needles as that is what came with my Juki. I do buy the more expensive titanium needles though and they seem to last forever.

I have no problem with Organ needles in my Juki 98, Bernina 1030, Viking 555 or Singers...
The price is right and I change it regularly which is better for the project and probably the machine.

Anyone who buys needles from Superior Threads will find that they are made by Organ - take a look on the back of the packet.

I use Organ Needles. Especially when I am using the embroidery unit. I have a Bernina and she loves those needles. I buy the platinum needles for my quilting, top stitch.

I've been using Organ needles for several years. I owned a Janome and that's when I learned that Janome needles are made by Organ. They also came w my Juki. And I use them in my vintage Berninas.
