They're full sized. For some reason they just look small. The models ending in MG are cast magnesium and are comparable to a Singer 99 in weight. Roughly 25 lbs in the case as compared to 40 or so for other full size machines.
Mine was a nice machine. I gave it to a good friend of ours who expressed an interest in it.

Mine is so cool - it still has dealer tags on it and has a new look to it. The machine is surprisingly light weight but the case weighs a ton. The hand wheel turns backwards.

When has anyone ever seen one of these sell for $2500 to $3000? Another person smoking banana peels.

and this poor thing... $75? More like .75. What did they do to this poor thing?

this is from an ebay listing on a Featherweight with the case and a few accessories - seller does admit they don't know anything about it. . .

Q: Is there a bobbin case in the machine?
A: There isn't a specific case, but there are places to keep them in the main case.

A: Sorry this took so long - but I had to ask my wife what that is. There are 2 of them in the case. Mike
