"Christmas blizzard!" 17.5 " of snow so far. Your quilts are beautiful. I have made doll dresses out of velvet & it isn't the easiest to work with but I love the results. You have lots more patience than me!

I can tell you velvet is a lot easier than satin. No more satin for me.
I also have started an all velvet tumbling block, am using the English Paper Piecing method with that and I have plans to do the Parosol Girl on white velvet squares in variious colors of velvet for the dress and parosol.
