    Hi, well to be honest I know I should use an exacto knife but donīt have one so been using my old scissors. Donīt know about foam core, not heard of that one.

    Heavy is ok because it makes for a sturdy box, I like the heavy one better for that reason.

    Pal, these boxes are very easy to make. I downloaded the instructions at the beginning of this thread and its a sinch. Try it you will be amazed.

    Started mine today, cut the top fabric wrong and need to more, for the elastic and pockets, so if I have to add a thrird fabric I will. Not a project I should have done in front of the TV:)
    Glue is drying so I am finished for today.

    Oh, Brush, I am so sorry - you must be really annoyed, but since the elastic and pockets go inside, you could use the same as the lining fabric if you have enough of that, and a third fabric would also look OK, so don't despair too much.

    Brush...it shouldn't be a problem....a third fabric will actually look nice! I do know what you mean about working in front of the tube though....I did all my sides...sideways.... :oops:
