    Jeanne (#2329), thanks for the mile a minute info--I love making string quilts, so I think I'd enjoy these, too. I love putting things together that shouldn't "go" and finding that they do!

My friend got the pattern instructions some years ago and we have, between the 2 of us, made about a dozen of these quilts. They are addictive and easy. I try not to make the sheets of material too large, but big enough to cut 8.5" blocks out of them.
