Default No Mo' Monkeys Quilt

this looks so tiny... wasn't trying to post a miniature picture, but seems to be what I came up with. ANYway, this little quilt grew from my having done a foundation pieced block from Quiltmaker magazine last year. I would work on it a while, and then not know which direction to go next. For instance, I learned to do the "5 minute" block", so did a stack of those, not knowing how I might incorporate them. Since I had extra of them once they were used for the front, I decided the backing would use the extras for a pinwheel center. I love that it evolved and I do like how it turned out, but I may not be doing my own designs again for a bit. I tend to get a little more ambitious than my newbie skill set can very well afford!
Here's the block that started it all:

If you click on the pictures they blow up and you even make them bigger by clicking again in the picture.
They are great by the way.

Beautiful! And I like how you did your pictures with the scrap booking around them.

(this looks so tiny... wasn't trying to post a miniature picture)

If you are using Chrome, get the Hover Zoom extension and all you have to do is hover over the picture with your mouse and it blows up nicely. :-)
