It looks really great! I joined her BOW and my top is still waiting to get ready... And I love your quilting, I'm looking for the right quilting for mine.... And if there is the "Quilt of friendship" in the book: one of the blocks are made by me!!

Yes there is a photo of the friendship quilt in the book! How exciting to have been part of it! Can you tell me which block is yours? I hope you get your quilt finished, I'd love to see it when you do.

My block is the second block from left in the 7th row from above! We were two from Germany who participated in this BOW! And there are many pictures on flickr from all the participents! And one of them sewed these blocks in 2"x2"!!!
This is my top so far....

You must finish that quilt - its just fabulous! And I found your block! It must have been fun following along with the BOW. I visited the Flickr album for inspiration and help with colour choices. I cannot imagine making those blocks 2", they were hard enough as 8". But definitely a fun challenge, and I learned a lot along the way. Post another photo when your top is quilted, it will be great
