Darn..your picture's not showing up for me...slow internet tonight. hopefully can see it tomorrow.

Meanwhile...DS called this morning to say that little Maeve arrived about 8:30...Mom and daughter are doing fine. DIL#2 says now we need another GC and we'll have an even dozen....not pushing for that just yet.

MiraB ... should we get this one carved in stone for you?
At least all the work is well worth it, for the stunning results you are creating. I surely hope that whomever does the quilting will do your work justice. Or will you do that too, just to be sure? Your group is SO fortunate to have your talent among them to do it so perfectly ... would anyone else be as capable?

OKSGlad ... Congratulations! Tell DDIL#2 that I will root for twins ... for a baker's dozen! So is she giving you "hints" that she is next?? Yes, to photos too, and when will you get to "meet" your new Grand?

Finally can see your "little" project, mirabelle..wow...they asked the right person to create this..what a beauty when finished..

Little Maeve went home..2 aunties were off work so they and GramL were going to give mom a rest..

Not sure when we are going yet...life of a dairy farmer in spring is getting in the way...

Just might be a special way for you to spend Mother's Day .... with a flying dash to inspect this new Grand!
Even if you have to wait til Fair time ... do hope they are bringing her "home" for the Fair this year!!

Haha NOOOO QuiltE I will NOT be quilting this one. I think it will be done at the LQS.

I think a few of our members read the pattern and realized it was all Y seams and said "no way Jose".

Will take a pic tomorrow and show my progress but for now I am tired having just driven home after being at patchwork all day.

Yes please QuiltE carve that one in stone for me so you can remind me later should the need arise hahaha

Progress is being made this morning, since taking this photo I have sewn more black and green squares on and only have 12 left to attach woo hoo.

the only problem I now have is, I am running out of floor space to lay it out to check that it is still laying flat..
