Hi, Cate. Welcome from Minnesota. Are you a new quilter? Do you want to find inspiration or instruction? The What's New tab at the top of the page will give a good overview of what's happening around the board. Pictures is a good way to get inspired and to get in touch with other members whose work you like. The Main section is a good place to ask questions or to find out information you didn't know you wanted to learn! Have fun!

I couldn't agree more! I have just joined and have jumped in on the March Garden Mug Rug swap! The members have been so lovely and welcoming!

welcome from se TX -- just enjoy and find what you like -- I look at and read most of the introduce yourself, recipes, chitchat, antique/vintage machines, main, and picture sections, but that's my routine--I joined several years ago and love this site with its pictures, inspiration, info, and comments from quilters

Welcome from OHIO!

When I first started coming to this board, I would always check the pictures and "In search of" and "Mission: Organization" because I was looking for ideas to make my sewing space better. Now, I usually go to What's New? and check for new or updated posts. Just check out everything, and see what your favorite is.

Wow, thanks everyone! I feel very welcomed and you've given me some terrific guidance. I am not a complete newbie, but haven't really tackled a full-size, intricately pieced quilt yet, so will definitely be looking for support and inspiration.

wonderful! welcome, go to swaps and join in on one. lots of fun and a good way to meet people. also, a new mystery train is pulling out of the"station" on Saturday. go ck it out and see how it works. any questions, i'll be glad to help you.

oh, if you need to ask a question, go to the persons name highlight it and a small box will come up with private message, just follow that. a green dot means they are on the board now.

I joined only a few weeks ago and find the pictures to be amazing inspiration. If you want conversations go into the chat room and there's almost always at least one person in there.
