I have not spoke to anyone since I changed poles last weekend. I wanted to wait until I took the quilt off an measured before I talked to them. Before, all they would say to me is "I am sorry you do not like our product" or " sorry you are not happy with our product" .

I was reading through your thread and everyone's comments. If you were able to bend the poles enough to get rid of some warping then I would say the way you stated how the poles were transported and for the long ride they were damaged/warped in transit. There had to be a lot of pushing and shoving to get them to fit. The deliveryman's fault. The company knew this. They were hoping you wouldn't notice but measuring before and after will get them everytime. So happy it was resolved and is working for you now. If you have to move these in the future for any reason, now you know!!

I just want to know the name of the company you were dealing with all this time. So glad they finally did the right thing. Have fun quilting now.
