Hopefully you aren't going worry while you wait now that we have eased your mind.

Hey, you're going to ace this thing. And just think how good all your pretty blocks are going to look when your eyes are all fixed up like new! Just remember, we are Boom family with lots of shoulders and hand holding. Main thing is- no pain with this surgery. Eye drops for 3 weeks are a shoo-in. You got this.

JEB - Don't stress. Sorry you had to put it off, but as you say, it'll all work out. Your eyesight will be much improved and you will feel so much better when it is over. The drops are worth the effort.

Howdy ho everyone. Starting to work on my blocks. Yeah, close to last minute. They will be beautiful for sure. Will post as I go. I am pressing them during my lunch today then will pull fabrics tonight and cut. Promise, they will be done on time.

I played and made myself another block for my quilt(s) today. It's supposed to be Gentleman's Fancy, but I got some of the fabric placement mixed up so it didn't turn out as planned. I still love it tho. It was a confusing block to make, for me.

That is a cool block, it does look difficult though

Thanks, Lisa. I mixed up the fabrics in the flying geese block... light where it should be dark, and vice versa. Otherwise it would have looked even cooler! It was a learning block.

Great block, MonaG. I'll have to remember that one.

Linda's fabrics were all so beautiful.
