Our weather was freezing for a long while and now it has warmed up and I have stuff coming up. Hope we don't have any more heavy freezes.

I am waiting for the sun. Where is the sun? Kansas City has lost it's sun. I can't wait for spring. This has been a really grey winter.

I've got a lot of sewing/quilting to get done before then!

Am I ever ready. Actually, it has been a relatively mild winter along the Eastern seaboard. I love the days getting longer. Unfortunately, I have to wait til Mother's Day, rather than March 21, to do the heavy gardening like planting tomatoes, etc. I will tide myself over getting some lettuce and spinach planted. maybe I'll try peas this year.
