Default Fidget Quilts

This topic comes up on the QB fairly often. I ran across this site today and thought it might be useful: http://www.patchworkposse.com/fidget-quilts/

Thank you for the post. A couple of months ago I was asking if anyone knew of patterns for the fidget quilts because the ones that people were selling was over $50. Dorothy, a member of the board, wrote to me and told me she would make my husband one. She donated not sold. I don't know her but this is an example of what people do just out of kindness.

I've made 39 for Holy Redeemer Nursing Services in south NJ. They are starting a program where the Altzheimer/dementia patient is given a fidget quilt - mine are 20" x 30", adult size bib, CD player, aromatherapy, etc.

Thank you for the link. It has inspired me to make some for our local Alzheimer's home. I will ask them if they would like them to tie on like the old aprons that tied at the waist. The apron on your link gave me the idea, to keep them off the floor.
