Thanks all for your suggestions! Size is not an issue, so I could go without a border.

Here's another vote for no border

The quilt is fun and zesty and I like it just how it is right now!

I agree with using just the dark blue but IMHO no wider than the blue and yellow squares used on some blocks. Fun quilt!

I vote no border also. What a fun and lively quilt!

wow....I don't like the blue at all. I don't see that blue in your quilt?? Your quilt has colors that are light and airy - fun, beachy...spring like, summer like...

To me, the blue is visually heavy. I don't think it's right because it's visually too heavy, overpowering compared to the block in the center....which are great...

I think the dark blue is too strong for the quilt. The green is too soft. I would bind in the dark and call it pretty.

I would do a narrow border of the green, then a narrow border of the midnight blue (maybe 1/3 or 1/2 the width you've shown). The green will make the centre "float", and the narrower blue will frame it nicely without overwhelming it.

    I really like your quilt!

I put the blue all around and didn't like it at all. I'm going to mull it over a while, and move on to something else in the meantime.

    Thanks so much, everyone!

I like it without the border but, that being said, I usually use one as I think it stabilizes the project. I'm not a fan of the dark border but I like your lime green.

I would use the green as a border, and bind with the dark. If you have any leftover pieces from the blocks, try to incorporate a couple into the binding, just as a point of interest and fun. Nicely done!
