Default Easy Quilt pattern from Jeanne S

I made these quilts following Jeanne S pattern/tutorial, one for a dear girlfriend and the other for DH. Lovely, quick, and enjoyed seeing how they came together. Thanks Jeanne.
My phone camera has washed out the colours. The floral quilt looks as though the pale colours are solids but they are a mix of stripes and dots. The darker quilt....doesn't look so dark but it is in fact very earthy colours. The white sashing in both provides a lovely crisp contrast and I am thrilled with how they have come out. I hope to sandwich both tomorrow and start quilting in the next week........gentle swirls for the floral and straight diagonals perhaps for the other.

It is always fun to have patterns that are quick and dynamic. The two quilts are just that-dynamic. Please remember to show us again when they are quilted. Your plan sounds great.

That's a really nice pattern - looks easy, but has a good impact. Your plans for the quilting sound just right for each - thanks for posting - don't forget to post the finished quilts!

Both are great looking quilts. I like simple patterns that turn out so lovely.
