QNS, We are looking forward to hearing from you! Hoping all is well.
I've been working on a Granny square type of block using more of my pink and purple 5" charms from the swap. I made twelve 14" blocks, sashed them, and I have just left to add the border. It will be about 58" x 73", for my granddaughter.

Thank all of you for the prayers. Yes, yesterday was a miracle indeed. Like Midnight to noon in one leap. All gray film is gone and I can see very well now so off to quilting shops and back in the sewing room...wow. Did not realize how bad it was until they cleared the eyes.
Love those blocks, Dublb. May everyone have a good week. Lord be with the ones in the path of the 3rd hurricane and those affected by wild fires in the western part of the USA.

Great news, Sue! There will be no stopping you, now! I have a friend who had one eye done and is scheduled to have her second cataract surgery this Thursday. She is also so excited about how much better she sees. It's truly a miracle!

Wonderful news QNS!!! So happy for you to have this much better vision!
Now that it has cooled down here, I have been quilting my En Provence Quilt. I want it finished before the next mystery starts the day after Thanksgiving. I am also putting the borders on my FW 30's quilt. And am deciding on sashings for our blocks that we all made for one another. Such fun!
