I see you received no responses. Have you figured out a way? I ask because I’m in the same boat. My aluminum rails bow in the middle.

Who are you addressing this to? If it's to Janemajor, she hasn't been on the board in nearly 3 years.

As stated earlier, you may get better responses from starting an entirely new thread.

my rails are also aluminum rails and the dent is only on one side and it is because I dropped one of those magnetic tool holders on it. I have used fine grit sanding paper or cloth and it is better. I can get new ones from nustyle in Missouri but the shipping has to be done by rail they are too long for mail.

Some of my friends with longarms have purchased electrical conduit piping locally. Just a thought.
