Welcome, Suzisew.....we'll love whatever you create. I did 3 sets 12 1/2 and 2 sets 9 1/2. I like all sizes and want them for my quilt so sew away, girl...

Red...I, personally, would never hate anything you produced. No way... Would have loved to spend the day with you at Road to Calif. Crazy quilters at a crazy quilt show = a blast!

Texastam......Oh, No!!! I am so sorry to hear you got this horrible flu. The say grape juice is the thing for this strain but elderberry should help build immune system. Drinks lots of,liquids, sleep, and rest well. Healthy vibes and prayers sending your way. HUG!!!

Judith....I'm waiting on the puffy envelopes to get here and I should be shipping. I though I had some but I only had one...you need one to ship back my gorgeous blocks from these peeps....Stand by...

Went to the movies today and saw 12 Strong...excellent true story of our warriors in action after 9/11. If you haven't learned this about me yet, I am a huge Vet cheerleader and supporter (besides the fact that I'm a therapist who treat Vets). Any true story that shows the public what incredible courage and strength our military has I totally dig it. Always brings tears and today was no exception.

Ok...I'm off to work on a patriotic quilt... Hugs to all...

I’ve been lurking here seeing all the gorgeous blocks. I went to Road to California today and found perfect fabrics for this swap. I’ll send my email today. I’ll try to make 9 1/2” blocks to compliment the other blocks. I’m very excited to be participating.

Why thank you! Your so sweet. Perhaps you are right, we will see if I get to change them out to something else. I want them finished soon and gone to our fearless leader judith. LOL!

I love those, Armylady! The one on the right reminds me of an ice cold lemonade. Yum!

Red, everything you make is lovely and creative!

Great blocks Maxie. I just love the pink and yellow also. I too reminds me of pink lemonade. Nice and summery.

Army lady I love those blocks and it makes me feel a bit better about this block:

is this 9” (9 1/2) block too wild?? Three prints ( well really four) may be too much. It would be easy to replace one or two of the prints with solids or tone on tone. I was planning to keep one block anyway. What do you think? Please be truthful as I want these blocks to be used. The block is square, I just take lousy pictures.
