This is what happened to me too. They sent me a confirmation of a free trial only. So I sent them a message asking how I could choose a quilt kit. They sent me to another Craftsy page with an offer for the Unlimited subscription for $166. Not $120 and said I should hurry and take advantage of this because the free kits were running out.

Now I'm wondering if the difference is in the mode of expressing our complaints. I mean, I didn't open a ticket. Instead, I sent them an email with a screen shot of the offer attached. Not sure how to open a ticket, or what that involves. Did you have to go through the Craftsy web site to do that? Might just take a little longer that way? Maybe that makes no difference. I don't know.

I got the Medallion quilt and then with the $25 money to spend, I ordered the Travel Iron for $24!! I have been wanting it but couldn't justify spending that much on such a little iron! So....Lucky me I now am going to have one for free! Definitely worth the $120 for the annual fee. Unlimited class material, A queen size quilt kit, AND a travel iron. Can't beat that!!
