Dear Barb, Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, there are secret details in each quilt block that are too intimate to share with the public, often found on the birdie's t-shirt or in the background. And even though we know them today, will the next generation know them? probably not. But they are worth keeping and treasuring in the family. Thanks for the kind words.

This is one of the most fabulous quilts I have ever seen, both for its significance and for its beauty and workmanship. Talk about an heirloom!! What a treasure!!
