Watson that is a awesome dog, nice wall hanging but you needed a X in one of the spots.

Quilt9226 Yes cleaning counts with me, I have been doing cleaning also. Found orphan blocks and now have 3 more projects to finish up.

Pet - Love the fish that is one type of quilting that is beyond me. Way to go!

Kirsta - The one block wonder you are doing is one that is on my bucket list, after UFO's. Yours looks great.

Patrice love the string blocks.

Me- I have done cleaning and some applique, figured out what to do with some orphan blocks and will attach binding tonight while DH is at a meeting.

Some incredibly impressive work being done! Since I was lazy on my birthday, I buckled down today. No pictures yet; hopefully I'll do that tomorrow!

And yes cleaning the room counts

I sewed the binding on a wall hanging for my granddaughter - will try to get a picture posted soon. Also made a couple of Wild and Goosey blocks - on Saturday some women from my guild are setting up a demo booth at our county fair and I am planning to demo foundation paper piecing. The first 2 turned out nice.

Kristakz, love your hexies. The original Fabric was beautiful. Have always wanted to do one of those type quilts.
Watson, you are so talented. Wanted to reach out and pet. also interesting info on making a quilt hang straight.
Retired09, Block is perfect and pretty
Canny Quilter, sweet pillow, done is great

I had errands today so no quilting. Still lack my borders On Grandma’ Kitchen. But I did get one thing off my list. A SS1 block

When you say this: I bought a really cute pattern for an all over flying birds pattern I am antsy to begin. So, I had better stay focused or I will get side tracked. LOL! You know us artsy people.

I am dying of curiosity. It's like telling a joke but forgetting the punchline. What is an all over flying bird pattern? Please share.

Thanks. It got a bit brighter than I had in mind, but I kind of like it and I keep looking at how much fabric I've gotten used on it that I've had around for a loooong time. I may have to do another string quilt. They're so much fun!

New dog is doing well. He seems to be adjusting to our house nicely.

I love the dog, Watson. So many great projects going on here.

Got my top together for Pattern " Serenity Circles". Even with cleaning house for the past 2 days for company. original is 16 squares and I made mine 20 to use the fat quarter stack up. I have 1 extra square and I will make a pillow to match the top.
