If the weather wasn't so bad - I'd say come visit me and I'll help you with pinks. I did a My Little Pony in pinks, and pulled over 150 different pinks from my stash (and stayed away from the coral and peach).
If you need to buy yardage, find a two color pattern and use light and dark pink. Swap the light/dark for the second quilt so you'll have two the same pattern and fabric, but very different looks.

Is she asking for completely pink? Or pink(s) with a neutral? Here is a link to a search for pink baby quilt on pinterest. There are some that are both pretty and not too difficult. So soft for a little girl! https://www.pinterest.com/search/pin...yped&term_meta[]=pink%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=baby%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=quilt%7Ctyped

Pink quilts can be a lot of fun. I've made at least three over the years. The one I like best was made with one line of fabric - fabric selection is done for you - in a simple 9 patch alternating with a solid block. (Single Irish Chain) - MY recommendation is look at the pink fabric lines, choose two you love and go for it. ( I've attached a photo but heaven only knows if it'll post. I've not posted here in a coon's age and am not sure I remember how it's done!)
Seems to work. Here is a photo of my older granddaughter's pink quilt. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/440156563550839304/

IMO, it can have other colors and still read as pink. This is MSQC Falling Charms in a multi colored charm pack and a pink background. Falling Charms for a baby girl

There are soooo many pink variations of color - pastel, peachy, purplish, bright, dark, etc. I think you could find a pattern with 2 or 3 colors of pink.

My hairdresser has asked me to make 2 pink quilts (for twins) for a co-worker. Definitely pink, same pattern, different fabric, but pink.
After thinking about this for a couple of days, I think this is almost impossible. All pink doesn’t seem very exciting and to get pinks that will go together, and last but not least, a pattern. Any suggestions.

I've always liked this quilt, you could use an assortment of pink fabrics and reverse the color scheme, so it's mostly pink with some white.

Some benefits to this pattern are: It's simple and easy (read "quick" ) you don't have to worry about bias, and if you make it the way the tutorial has it, with a mostly white background, you don't have to worry about matching points and corners.

Pink Baby quilts for twins
[QUOTE=janice1120;8215916]My hairdresser has asked me to make 2 pink quilts (for twins) for a co-worker. Definitely pink, same pattern, different fabric, but pink.
You could do SuzyQuilts Campfire quilt with the pinks reversed or same pink with a wh/color small dot pattern and then bind them with the main pink fabric. This pattern makes a beautiful baby quilt and is so easy for complementary twin quilts!
